Zev Cohen

Hi! My name is Zev Cohen, and I’m currently a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Real Estate and Finance. I’ve developed a strong passion for real estate investing and am eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. While I’m still early in my journey, I’m actively learning through coursework, networking, podcasts, and platforms like BiggerPockets. I’m particularly interested in residential investing, multifamily, house hacking, and learning the day-to-day business of real estate from experienced professionals. I’m always looking to connect with agents, investors, or anyone open to sharing advice or mentorship. I’m a fast learner, a hard worker, and excited to grow in this space. If there’s anything I can do to add value, whether that’s helping with admin, social media, or boots-on-the-ground tasks, I’d love to be involved. Feel free to reach out — I’m always open to connecting and learning more!
