My name is Zion Haimov. I began my real estate journey in 2018 with my first fix-and-flip project in Philadelphia. Since then, I have been involved in multiple real estate transactions in Israel, gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, renovations, and investment analysis. In 2026, I relocated to Miami to build my real estate business and establish a long-term presence in South Florida. My primary focus is identifying off-market fix-and-flip opportunities throughout South Florida, with particular interest in Miami-Dade, Broward County (including Pompano Beach and Hollywood), and Palm Beach County (including West Palm Beach and Lake Worth). I am always looking to connect with wholesalers, real estate agents, lenders, contractors, and fellow investors who are active in the South Florida market. My goal is to build lasting relationships, continue expanding my real estate portfolio, and create a long-term investment business throughout South Florida.
