I'm new to real estate investing. Currently looking for multiple families to buy and hold in Connecticut. I'm also in the process getting my real estate license. With a growing number of international buyers coming in the U.S. to invest. I see my knowledge of Asian market and consumers will help me to succeed in a niche market. Experience: I have lived in four states and moved 7 times in the past 6 years, which gives me a basic understanding of rental market from a renters' perspective. Real Estate Goals: 16 units rental property within 3-5 years. Currently Seeking: 3-4 units Multi families in Bristol, New Britain, New Haven, and Middletown area.
