Zurama Arancibia

Zurama Arancibia is currently married, with two beautiful boys 7 and 18 years of age. They live in Miami, FL. Zurama attended and received a B.A. degree from Devry University in Business Administration with a Concentration in Project Management. She has also attained an Assisted Living Facility C.O.R.E Training Certificate. She was in Corporate American for 18 years mastering several roles including, but not limited, to Finance (Payroll / Accounting), Human Resources, IT Analyst (Time Management, Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Taxes). Zurama has been involved in Real Estate investing since 2013; experience started wholesaling properties, buying and holding, rehabbing, turnkey sales. She has an innate capability to Problem Solve and Analytics, making an exceptional combination to excel in Real Estate Investing and Business offerings. Zurama volunteers her time at her children school, serving as Head of Fundraising and Treasury. She also donates her time to Meals on Wheels delivering groceries to elders who can no longer shop on their own. She is co-founder of a construction / finishes firm which oversees various projects in artist finishes catering to high-end clients. Member of International Association of Professional Women (IAW), Women's Prosperity Network (WPN), and Toastmasters International. Certified owner and operator of Assisted Living Facilities in Florida. Currently operating Assisted Living Facilities in the state and teaching others how they can accomplish the same.
