Zachary Jensen

Hello, BiggerPockets Community, I currently serve on Active duty in the Marine Corps and have recently decided to pursue a follow-on career in real estate investing once I retire (1 more year). I currently own two properties, one of which I live in and the other I rent out. I consider myself in the learning phase of this business because though I have a rental property, it wasn't purchased with real estate investment in mind. I am reading Brandon Turner's list of recommended real estate books now and hope to start looking for my first real investment property in the coming year. I have formed a business to get me started (Companion Properties, LLC). Through this community, I am hoping I will be able to meet some friends and mentors in the industry.
