Actually, I used another online screencast tool called screenr. It is also very simple to use.

The reason I suggest the other one for the members to use is that it is a little more simple.

Now the only challenge is to get people to admit that they NEED HELP! And we already know that some just don't want to search, but would rather ask others to search for them. But I like the ability to get self-help on the site.
