Real Estate CONSULTANT/AGENT
I notice a few local Realtors call themselves "Real Estate Consultants" instead of using the term "Realtor" or Agent they said it sounds better and more professional which I do agree with. I wanted to know from Biggerpockets do you feel A Realtor and Real Estate Consultant are the same thing?

Doesn't "Realtor" mean you're a member of NAR? What are the qualifications to join?
