Need Investor or lender

I am starting a real estate LLC an need investors or lenders. The first property I am looking at is a SFR which will be rented to me as a personal residance and home office the next properties will depend on what can be come up with, could be a duplex with a retail unit all the way up to large residental apartment complexes, again it all depends on how much can be raised.
