MLO for Mobile Park
I am currently in negotiation on two mhp's in NC. Almost finished with negotiations. Now, the agent is askin me for a sample MHP Master Lease Option Agreement Contract to help structure the deal and give to his lawyer to draft a final contract. The agent has never done this before. I can't find a MLO for a mobile home park anywhere on the net. Do anyone have a sample form I could present. I can supply my email if needed.
If this is the only thing left to close the deal I am happy to provided it. Can someone help?
