Buying Rental Property in Nevada

Hello all,

I'm brand new here and wanted to start off by posting in the discussion board right away.  My business partner and I are currently looking to purchase a rental property (Single family home/condo) in Nevada.  We have been researching the market and have narrowed it down to some cities very close to Las Vegas.  I was wondering if we have any current investors out there with any experience or knowledge about the area.  I have been considering Spring Valley due to it's building plans, demographics, and location; any thoughts?  Thanks in advance.
