How much for an appraisal?
How much should I be looking to pay for an appraisal on a 12-plex? I’m looking at the possibility of purchasing it…but I want to make sure what the real appraised value is close or higher to the asking price. The payment would have to be taken care of by me…but I don’t know how much that would cost me. Any ideas?
