Does anyone know where I can find trustee sales results for particular houses that have gone through trustee sales in Texas? Thanks.

Did you try looking at the public records?
I've heard that it is hard to get "public" information in Texas. So I tried a few counties at random. No go. So I tried Harris County, TX, proclaimed to be the third largest county in the US. If you know the name of the trustee, you can search for documents and get the File Number and Film Code. But there are no links to the actual document. So to answer the question, it doesn't look promising from my view in NC.
It typically takes 2 weeks before the new trustee deed has recorded, at that time you should be able to search for it on your county website. I would also make sure the particular property did in fact go to auction on that day that it was scheduled. You can always call the trustee and see if it sold or if it has postponed.
If you have a relationship with an escrow company or closing attorney, they may be able to make it alot easier on you. If you don't have a good relationship get one ASAP. It has made my life easier for sure
Jennifer:
Where on the county website is the information? I have tried to find it and can't. I also don't know when the sale took place. Thanks.
Jennifer, it seems like you have the answers. What county (or counties) in Texas are you referring to? Can you provide a link (or links) to these Texas sites? How does a person even find the trustees in a Texas courthouse foreclosure sale? The counties I looked at don't distinguish trustees on the Grantor side like in other states (e.g. /TR in the name in NC counties.)
I am 0 for 5 now, including the self proclaimed third largest county in the country. They don't have documents accessible online.
