Purchasing Foreclosures as a foreign national
Hi
I'm not a US Citizen but am interested in purchasing foreclosures in the USA. Would this be possible? I would most probably be looking to mortgage some of these foreclosures at some point as well but I'm not sure if it would be possible to take have a mortgage when not a US Citizen.
