Hi

I'm not a US Citizen but am interested in purchasing foreclosures in the USA. Would this be possible? I would most probably be looking to mortgage some of these foreclosures at some point as well but I'm not sure if it would be possible to take have a mortgage when not a US Citizen.

Hi ,
You can buy properties in the United States and you can buy properties over here and we do mortgage loans for foreign nationals.

You can do mortgages as a foreign national but you must have money to put down. Typically, you must have 20% down but there are exceptions to this. I can discuss with you in more detail to get you ready for investing in the future. There are some things you will need to prepare. Email me and we can exchange information and possibly speak.

I'd like further info as well please. I have around 80,000 as a deposit and i'd like to buy one or two properties. If anybody could assist me in obtaining finance, it would be appreciated.

We can get financing for any foreign nationals in most states.

We are also doing stated income loans loans in CA, NJ, NY, GA, MA, TX, WA, CT, DE, MA, NH, PA, RI, NY & FL (all other states case by case). Rates are in the mid 4s on a 3/1...higher with longer terms. You need 12 months PITI to qualify...foreign nationals need 36 months PITI but can get done! Usually a 700+ FICO needed...we have seen 680 work with above average assets. Purchase loans are prefered...cash out is limited for refis.

No condotels or non-warrantable condos on stated income but we CAN do them on a full doc programs nationwide (FYI). We also have hard money in the high 8% range!
