DOUBLE CLOSING
Hi,
Can anyone refer a real estate investor friendly attorney who handles double closings.
I am looking for one for a property in Fairfield, Connecticut
Sibongile Yancy I would get a referral from a investor at my local REA.
Hey Sibongile Yancy, there was thread where they mentioned both a title company (dont know if they double close or not, but if investor mentioned they most likely are investor friendly) and also a Reia link. Check it out, hope it helps.

W Tomsin Thank you for the link
Arktavious Sally Thank you for the suggestion
I hate to kick a dead horse, but as a newbie... I'd like to revisit this question about finding an attorney in Connecticut that conducts double closings.
This seems like an awful important issue for those who are focusing on wholesaling.
Am I wrong?
Thanks in advance.

My attorney is investor friendly, but I have never double closed a deal with him (yet), so I can't speak from experience. Feel free to PM me if you would like more details.
