Memphis Multifamily Broker Recommendations

I am a new-ish investor (own a single family rental in California that I manage and syndicated a triplex in California that I manage), and want to 1031 out of my California single family, which has skyrocketed in price from when I bought, into a multifamily in Memphis.  So far, my research has been limited to doing some basic financial analysis and google viewing the neighborhoods of every multifamily in my price range - up to $750k - on loopnet.

I am hoping to connect with a broker in Memphis who would be willing to show me some of these properties, neighborhoods, etc, so I can get my boots on the ground with someone who knows the area well.  Does anyone have any broker recommendations?

Alternatively, I am hoping that if loopnet is a horrible place to search for properties, an experienced investor in the forum will be kind enough to tell me I am walking down the wrong path.  Thanks for any and all thoughts!
