Multifamily Books

Loc Nguyen
Posted

Hello BP,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any books that would be useful geared towards multifamily investing such as duplexes and fourplexes. So far I found Larry B. Loftis book that was written in 2006 but I was wondering if that book would still be useful today.

Ray Alcorn's book is phenomenal. It is not really a book but a Guru course - but it is one of the best on any real estate subject. I also like Dave Lindahl's "Multifamily Millions" I wrote a review of it on my site below.

However both of these books, while excellent are not specifically geared towards 2-4 unit bldgs.

One book that is geared toward those smaller multi units is "Make Money With Small Income Properties" by Gary Eldred. I haven't read it but Gary co-authored "real estate Investing" which is an excellent book. Happy reading - Ned
