I have lived in the greater Washington DC area all my life. I am lifetime entrepreneur and have been a full time real estate investor for 10 years.

My passions are trains and travel with my friends.

Experience

10+ years, most of that as a wholesaler, but have done just about everything; short sales, tax liens, ground rents, land lording rehabbing etc.
My strength is finding good deals that other investors overlook or don't have the experience to pull off.

I Have partnered with many investors on Buy and hold properties as well as tax liens and wholesale deals.
