In my own words...
I am full time real estate investor. I am primarily a wholesaler but have done just about everything; short sales, tax liens, ground rents, landlording rehabbing etc.
My strength has been finding good deals. I am not a very good rehabber so that is why I have turned to wholesaling. I am turning that strength towards larger commercial properties and hav started to put together investors to purchase appartment buildings.
