Hi all, This is a subject I'd like to learn a lot more about. What are your suggestions for good books out there? Thanks!

I always liked The ABC's of Real Estate Investing which focuses soley on apartments.

As other's have said - my two favorite are the ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy and The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment by Steve Berges.

The two best I have read are The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment by Steve Berges Mutli-Family Millions by David Lindahl

I've been learning a ton from the articles and forums in here on MF. Looking forward to getting another perspective and even more info.

Hello @Jason Varney ... In my opinion, there's simply no substitute for reading through this BP forum on a regular basis. And interacting with questions. The breadth of topics here are probably much wider than you might find in a book. And less "instructive",more helpful. It's a strong community here.

As mentioned above by @Jason A. The best sources for learning material can easily be found online or in a $30 book. I like Dave Lindahl's work because he makes his work easy to read and understand for us common folk. Just about any of his books will work.
