Does anyone know of a title company that does or will do back-to-back closings in the state of Maryland? By back-to-back closings I mean the same property being bought and sold in the same day using 2 different sources of funds.

I'm having some difficulty finding a title company, or better yet, an underwriter who is willing to approve a back-to-back closing in the state of Maryland.

Has anyone used a title company for this type of deal recently, say after January 1st of this year?

www.oldschooltitle.com has a very good reputation from what I've heard.I emailed several questions to them and they responded quickly and seem willing to help.

Not sure if Fidelity is in your state, but Fidelity National Title is one of the best in my opinion. I have funded many transactions for back to back closings and by far, the best has been Fidelity. The closing agents I have worked with are friendly, helpful, and get things done. They also have a great knowledge of the procedure for the back to back close.
