Purchase contracts for selling property
I have several contracts for when I am purchasing property, but do not have one for when I am selling property to someone getting a mortgage. Is it better to use the standard Realtors form? I was told a simple 1 page form is better. I have a property in Alabama that my tenant wants to purchase and take advantage of the 1st time homeowners credit. Any input would be appreciated.
