Interesting. I graduated from ND and currently own a townhouse in the Dublin Village community. When I was attending school I kept hearing a guy named Kramer who owned a lot of the student rental houses just like the one you have. You might be able to ask around and find this guy. If I can remember he buys a lot of these.
