I need properties to rehab in Chicago!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for single family homes in Chicago or Chicago Suburbs(excluding South Suburbs) that match the following criteria:

1) A great off the market deal with at least a 30% ROI

2) Preferably a brick home but frame/other is ok, 2+ bedrooms(2 bed is ok if I can force value), full inhabitable basement

3) Near good school districts

4) Preferably not a complete gut but I will consider if it's a really good deal

5) Property is in an area where it makes sense to do a rehab:)

In a nutshell, if you have any good deals in the Chicagoland area, please send them my way!
