Dayton Real Estate Networking:
This event is for investors and landlords to get to know each other, help each other succeed, and improve our investing. You're encouraged to bring your deals, and announce what you are selling, and looking to buy.
Event format:
- Networking
- Stand up to offer services for Real Estate Investors
- Stand up to offer Deals or ask for Deals
- Open the floor for real estate questions to/from the group
- More networking.
We'll start at 6:00, and do the stand-ups around 7:00.
The event will be in Beavercreek, Ohio, near Fairfield Commons Mall.

As a networking event, there will be no formal presentations and no specific topics. Topics are whatever people want to talk about this month. Past discussions have included:

If you have a genuine interest in learning and helping each other succeed, this is the right place.
If you are looking to screw somebody, take advantage of someone, or foist off a bad deal, this is NOT the place for you.
