Adding a Firepit to my STR- Gas or Woodburning?
Adding a firepit to my STR in Port Clinton Ohio. Can you guys help me decide on the specs and the type? Are there any hazards I should watch out for with gas? Can you make more cashflow with wood-burning since you're charging for the wood?
Thank you!

Quote from @John Underwood:
This is our fire pit and people love it.
The cleaners empty out the ash. No big deal here.
We provide the wood and have a covered area for it.
The cleaners let the firewood guy know if it is low and he fills it up for $35.
Looks awesome.
That pit is "FIRE" no pun intended! I can see why it's a winner, have any of your guest reported snakes in the wood storage area? I have some across a few over the years. Normally corn or rat snakes. Once I found a copper head, and another a Pygmy Rattler.

The previous owner spent some change on having this all built. It has lighting too.
