Hey there 4Runner. Just letting you know that it is bad net form to post in all caps. It is like SHOUTING. You'll piss people off if you do it, and they'll just remove your posts.
Don't know much about BPOs, but welcome anyway!
Sorry All, I'ts a lazy way of writing. I will keep this in mind. I am not mad at anyone or anything.
4runner
Hello All,
For those of you who do not know what bpo's are: It stands
for "broker price opinion" any realtor (you don't have to be a broker)
can sign up at these sites and they send you (if you are lucky to be the choose one) are send an address, name and description of what the company wants. It maybe exterior wich means 3 photos uploaded (front of property, side, and street veiw. Add 3 solds and 3 listings to compare and you get paid for the info. $40-60 dollars. If you do a interior they want maybe 5-7 photos of inside also 3 outside and list of repairs plus solds and list. You get paid $65-85 for these.
I am sorry this is so long, but I'm trying to explain.

I guess the recession did hit us real bad since 2005. I do BPO's as well but the last company I worked with was back i Febuary of 2009 and they were paying $20 for interiors and $10 for exterior
Donna-
Market yourself to shortsale investors who need a BPO to counter the bank BPO. A lady in my area makes a $100 per house. Of course, you need to be investor friendly but banks are not the only source for BPO's. Good luck.

Hi Donna,
Welcome to BiggerPockets!
I recently entered the field service arena to do property preservation along with another BP member. In our marketing efforts to major asset managers we have come across many, many companies that need agents to do BPOs. Here is a list of associations that might be able to help.
Cubic Yard.com
Society of Independent Representatives (SIRS4Quality.org)
TheRepReport.com
National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS.com)
Society of Field Inspectors (SOFI.com)
Once you get a list of national asset management companies you can market to them.
One other tip GOOGLE
"national property preservation contractors"
"national field service contractors"
Hope this helps you &
any and all that read it!!!
If you have not done so already, sign up for RESNET.
Reotrans.com / equator.com is also a good resource. I've got 3 BPOs I'm working on right now.

How does this work?
I'm not sure I understand your question. How does what work?

Its Noman Shah here. I have made my own company. I'm doing a business of broker price opinion from last 3 years. I have made team of 16 people. Basically I belong to Pakistan but due to business I always move. Currently I'm working with Green Real Estate situated in Chicago illinois. For confirmation you can contact that company. We want to spread our business for that reason I have sent you this email. I found you people from Google. I'm sure all of you want excellent feedback. I assure you people will be getting 100% completed BPOs before the due date & time.
I have experienced people who valuate the subject property. I want you people to send orders/bpos to my company and realize the difference. We will perform excellent work. All of you are welcome for starting business of bpos with my company.
For satisfaction you can send us 2 to 3 orders for checking our work. We do not need much time to understand the MLS as we are doing this business from last 3 years we can get the MLS very soon.
I shall be waiting for your positive reply.
The first agent to accept an order is typically how most companies do it. It's actually lead to many agents using auto-accept software to get orders before other agents. But eventually as you build rapport with the AMs they're start assigning you the BPOs and eventually REOs. Here's a few companies to get you started.
