Tom Cooke here - new to the forum. I found it searching on-line for lending resources. I grew up in VA, graduated UVA, and moved to SoCal in 1996, where I have been living / working for 12 years now. Most of my full time career has been spent with Vans where I direct a global footwear business unit. I recently established a real estate syndication business in my part time and we have taken down 2 mid-west cash flow properties and are working on assigning similar deals to other investors. Also working on syndicating some larger real estate transactions with partners. Continuing to build out my team and will be looking to use this forum to connect with lenders as an urgent focus where I need some more proven resources. I have deals I'm currently working on in 2 different states that require financing ASAP. I will make a more detailed post in the appropriate forum for lending so look out for that. I will also be looking to meet real estate investors, contractors, realtors, and find a good title company - all with a focus on investor clients. Looking forward to meeting good people here.
