Newbie from Indiana
My name is Doug Cleaveland. I am a General contractor in Northwest Indiana. I live in chesterton during the week and Indianapolis on the weekends. I been a General contractor for 15 years now mostly building custom homes. Lately the new construction has come to a halt, so I am currently flipping forclousures. I am looking forward to keeping some invintory for some rental income. Hopefully I can keep a couple before I move to San Francisco in June. There I will continue investing.
