Hello Everyone,

I am fairly new to REI but have always been interested and intrigued by friends and associates who are actively investing in Real Estate and have been doing it for years. A friend of mine who is an REI introduced me to this site and after navigating through some of the forums, blogs, and bulletins, I quickly joined. My goals are to eventually invest in1-2 properties per year (single family) and rent them out for 5-7 years. I am looking forward to networking with other succesfull investors on BP who have the experience in doing this.
