Well how I got started was so much harder - I didn't have access to BP or other sites on the net! Trail by fire. Jumped in - got burned and learned - made money lost some - broke even - but the point was I jumped in and did it.

I still don't know all the answers so if I waited till i knew it all I would still be waiting.

I would be aggressive by looking around here reading the posts and see what starts to appeal to you - sub2 - wholesaling - birddogging etc....something will start to hit you as your course of action then read up on that and ask questions!

Thanks for the responses so far!....I will scour the sight for motivation and ideas but now seems like a great time to simply jump in and get going.

Welcome to the group. I've started broke and on the bottom several times. It's exciting!!

What I've discovered is that each time the common denominator has always been working harder than the competition and be willing to think outside the box.

I remember the last time I started generating a list of buyers with bandit signs. I couldn't afford signs or nails. All I had was a hammer and a black magic marker. I used the back of the signs that had already been used by others and I pulled nails out of the telephone poles..... I used sticks off the ground ect....

Occasionally, I still go out and do grunt work without supplies as a memorial to the benefits of hard creative work. I call it "Living off the Land".

Anyway...if you hunt hard and long, you'll find what you're looking for....Good Luck and once again welcome to the group!
