I'm a business student at the University of Illinois and am thrilled to find a place where first hand real estate knowledge is so abundant! As a college student looking to get into real estate investing on the ground level, I was wondering if some site members who were ever in the same position (No net worth, little access to easy money, no real assets but willingness and enthusiasm) would be willing to share how they got their start in investing.
