Hello from Norwalk, CA
My name is Danny Cuevas and I got involved with Real Estate investing in August 2008. I have a 9-5 job testing the L.A. Times web site. Yep, I get paid to surf and break things. I do Real Estate investing part time. So far I've bought a SFR in San Antonio, TX using my Self-Directed IRA and a 3 unit Commercial building in Port Byron, NY using personal funds. I've also accumulated 6 Tax Deed lots in 5 different states. This year I'm concentrating on getting rid of my debt and living within my means. I'm in the process of getting business credit and learning all I can on how to do Fix & Flips and Rehabs. I'm looking forward to building long lasting relationships/partnerships
