Hello to everyone! I am new to real estate investing. I came across this website and was amazed at the camaraderie. I have been in residential mortgage lending in Northern California for a little over six years. I am looking to buy and hold smaller SFR with positive cash flow. This will probably take me out of my area. I look forward to getting to know some of you and gleaming as much knowledge as I can to invest successfully.
