I am brand new to the real estate business. I live in Riverside county in Southern California with my husband and father in law. We have just started to get our feet wet and are looking to really jump in. We've got a bid out on our first investment property that it looks like we will get so we're excited about that =) Currently my husband and I are working from home doing research and trying to learn as much as we can, which is what led him here and I have followed in his footsteps.
