Is there a good book/course in buying notes? Can a joe schmo buy a note for a particular house from a bank like Bank of America or other big banks or little ones too for a house that is going into foreclosure or in it? Thank you.

JC-If you are looking to invest in notes for your own account, bounce into our website in my signature line and hit the contact button. Also make sure to friend me here on BP. I will send you an investor survey and put you on our list.
If you are looking for books about buying notes for your own account, I can say without a doubt that I have learned more from Lorelei Stevens book "Fast Cash". She will teach you how to look at things from the buyers perspective and how to perform proper due diligence.
