I purchased his e-book about wholesaling, which was actually a pretty good read, and one that I have used to set up my own program of marketing. I think the forums on BP and the many books I have read adequately equip me personally for investing, but I can see that it might be helpful for some to have a mentor to guide you through the process. The next question is, which one to use? There are scams out there - a whole industry that has sprung up to prey on ambitious newby investors, so you have to be careful.

Since I bought Preston's book, I get at least one email a day, sometimes more, asking that I get into their mentor program. He also has many conference calls that have a guy on who is teaching an investment methodor strategy. He also of course tries to sell you for the next phase, or mentoring. I have not taken that leap yet, but have usually learned something useful from Preston's efforts, so I can't rule him out, since I haven't tried it. Good luck, Mike

It won't hjurt to stay on his email list. You wil lbe invited to take part in the webinars or call in discussions for free. Some I have learned alot from. I appreciate what he does, however, I can't go the upsell mentoring, and that is really what he is after in the long run. He offers small tidbits which lead you to feel like going for the mentoring. If that's what you need, then go for it. But I don't think there is anything magic about it, in the end it's just all the knowledge you can find in these forums, and then combining that knowledge with your own initiative. Good luck! Mike

I found the only way to stop getting his emails is to write him back and call him a scammer.. He will send you a few nasty emails, then he will stop bothering you.

has anyone else purchased the e-book?
i noticed at the bottom of his page it says you will then be charged $24.95/month.
