Anyone buy Kent Clothier's Vacant Property/Find Motivated Sellers Program?

I was considering Kent's program to locate vacant properties throughout my county. Has anyone bought this program ($997), and if so, what's your take on it? I am curious to know how many properties it pulls and if the data is accurate.
