Will Youthful Exuberance Today Mean More Sales Tomorrow?

I believe that youthful Exuberance and house poorness, if that's a word will go hand in hand. More sales for those that understand the nature of the business. If the avenue for easy mortgages is made available, the youthful may just take it. One of the benefits of being youthful is that you may have time to recover from any bad decisions and you may have more time to duplicate your good ones. I pray they choose wisely!
