Why Do You Love Real Estate?

I have a question for you guys, Why do you love real estate? All of us on here are somehow connected to real estate one way or another, whether an investor, an agent, or someone new who wants to try it out. We all love it for one reason or another.
Personally I love real estate because you see a property in distress and you create a vision of what it can be, not what it currently is. With that vision and a whole lot of hard work, you make your vision a reality; and you can make money doing this!
Share why you love real estate, I'm interested to know why we all do what we.

Great question and good comments of your own.
Frankly, I love stocks and have done well in the market, but, I love RE because it derives wealth creation methods as follows:
1. Cash on cash return
2. Appreciation (generated by inflation, demand for properties and forced via rent increases)
3. Principal reduction which fuels appreciation
4. Tax reduction benefits.
No other investment vehicle that I am aware of, has the power of Real Estate.
