Hey BP,

I heard "eviction leeds" are good to go with when trying to find tired landlords. Where do I find such people?

Thanks!

Hey @Jordan Archer

, I have this on my radar as well but haven't gotten the information yet. I've heard that you just need to find the name of the judge that is responsible for evictions in your targeted counties. He/she might have a regular schedule of doing the evictions. Good luck.

Where I work in Philadelphia, all of the evictions are listing on the city's website. I just pay a VA to write down all of the landlord's addresses in a spread sheet and then we mail them.

@Jordan Archer evictions are done differently in nearly every county in the country. You have to find where they are done and then figure out how to search for them. Not all are online either. Some areas have a specific day of the week for evictions, some have one judge that does them all, some mix the cases in with the rest of the case load. Some are posted on the City's web site and some on the Counties, some aren't posted, some are published some are not. You have to be the detective for the area you are interested in.

@Ryan Lockstein I love your idea of hiring a VA. If my county does evictions similar to yours, I'll definitely follow that route.

@Account Closed Ha thanks! I'll get out my magnifying glass
