I was recently introduced to Infusionsoft and I am very impressed with it. I'm curious if anyone here uses it, how they use it, and some of the pros/cons, and how it compares to other stuff. Knowing about any alternatives would be nice too.

What are you looking to do with it? I've played around with it but it tends to be expensive...
Ruben, I have used it for the last 4 years. It is a very robust online marketing tool that allows you to build and segregate list, provide automate email replies, sell products, etc.
Unless you are planning on building a big database of potential customers that you want to communicate with routinely and convince them to buy something from you.... it is probably gross overkill for a real estate investor.
There are other FREE programs such as Constant Contact which are better suited to a real estate investors needs.
Best of luck!

The short answer is sell real estate. New custom homes, new patio homes, and soon town homes in a large upscale community. On a per user basis, it was cheaper than salesforce, and works much better than what we had before, sugarcrm.
We currently have what I would consider a very healthy and targeted database that we would like to better segment and communicate with. It does seem like overkill for an REI guy, and I think RealProspect would work better for them. Given that we have a 15 year project, we definitely want to be selling for a long time! I hadn't looked at constant contact, but I'm going to check them out for my own things. I have also experimented on my own with MailChimp, which i think is like Constant Contact.
If it is overkill for REI guys, I'm sure there are a very small number of people in BiggerPockets using it.
