Online Auctions and wholesaling?

I came across tranzon.com, an an online real estate auctioning site and I'm really interested in one property that is currently being auctioned as a potential wholesale deal. They have a 30-day closing a 10% earnest money deposit on the winning bid.

Reading the fine print, I haven't seen anything restricting my ability to add the "and/or assigns" to the P&S once I win. So If I get it for a reasonable price I think I might wholesale it. Otherwise, I may just flip it.

But as far as wholesaling, has anyone been able to do this before for an online bid auction?
