Attorney Questions

Hello all
Im starting to get into wholesaling and i have an appointment to meet an attorney, what would be some questions that i would ask of them and what info should i make sure they know before i leave?

Thomas, If you are building your "Team" then taking someone out to lunch may be a better idea than paying an hourly fee.

One way to build your team is network with other investors. REIA meetings or Meetups are a good way but just stopping to talk to people you see rehabbing a house is a good way to meet rehabbers and contractors.

BP is a great place to ask questions. I wouldn't act solely based on answers here. Asking here first can help you understand the issues and speak more intelligently when you do talk to a professional.
