Yellow Letter website?

Question

Which site do you guys use to create your yellow letters?  I am going to get a list together and start sending them out.  How many do you guys send out at a time?  Do you personalize each one with their names?

I wanted to find a site that has the handwritten font and try to personalize each one, but don't think personalization is that necessary....or is it?

So where do I go to get these created?

I think most people here use yellowletters.com. I haven't used them yet, but I understand that they customize each letter based on the list you give them and it appears handwritten. I think you can order a sample from the site for free.

OK...that's it! All this techincal lingo is enough to make an uneducated person go nuts. I had to go look up "what is a yellow letter"!

My letters have all been white. They are typed, but the envelope itself is hand addressed. I just gave that a try for tax deed sales. I will let everyone know how that works out.

Depends on several things, including the type of lead you're targeting (equity, short sale, absentee owner, etc.), how aggressive you are (you can always generate calls, but not necessarily useful calls), how consistent you are, and how good your direct mail product is, etc.

I've had response rates from less than 1% to over 13%.  The over 13% didn't generate any leads, but one of the under 1% mailings generated two deals.  So, raw volume is secondary to quality of the lead.

We've seen around 7% names/calls ratio, but some were sent multiple letters before they called.
