NEW! BP Podcast 022: BP Podcast 022 - Building a Marketing Machine, Spec Houses, Flipping & Wholesaling with Tucker Merrihew
Hide thisMemphis, Tennessee
I'm a 33 year-old single parent of two boys. I'm a music teacher by profession.
My REI business, Bell Investments, started in 2008. We currently own 8 duplexes and 2 SFR's.
Our company has been investing in real estate since 2008.
We primarily invest in low-income and working class neighborhoods to help the city's task of eliminating blight.
We have relationships with several non-profit organizations in Memphis, providing housing for emergency and transitional housing.
The goal of Bell Investments is to inform residents in low-income and working areas about the power of passive income and financial freedom.
Although our current strategy is buy and hold, we would like to help one family a year make the dream of homeownership a reality.
We also would like to inform our community about the potential of yielding higher returns through real estate investing.
We are currently seeking seller-financed homes (3bed/2bath) and small apartment buildings (20 units or less) for sale.
We are also seeking loan officers that specialize in financing low-income properties.
