Working with Nick has been extremely enlightening; he's 1 out of about 5 real estate investors whom I know that truly inspire me to think more creatively. I'm not at his level yet, but I'm gunning for him (and the 4 others). :)

Nick took the time to discuss REI over the phone with me, and he has also kept in touch to see how things have been coming along while and helped me out by offering some good advice.

I have found great value in Nick's content he provides in his blogs here on BP. Most recently, he forwarded an ebook on affiliate marketing that was excellent. Easy to follow and loaded with great information. I will definately use the information given in his book for my business ventures.
