I am a licensed agent in Colorado looking for rentals and fix and flips in the CO. Experience: I have flipped several houses, living in them to avoid capital gains taxes. I am mostly DIY, with some terrible experiences in hiring contractors. I really hate paying for something twice. I was a landlord for a short time, and am looking forward to getting back into it. I love almost every aspect of real estate, and am so happy to have found a place where similar people hang out. I don't know anyone in real life who likes real estate like the BP community. Sometimes I can't believe this place exists! Currently Seeking: Rentals and fix and flips. My local market is ridiculously hot, so I am learning about my neighbors to the north and their more reasonable market.
