Renters Warehouse makes owning our rental so easy, from the monthly rent collection and maintenance, to,more importantly, placing renters and getting your home ready to command the highest rental income possible. I had a wonderful experience. Mary went above and beyond to schedule appointments that worked best for my family. She was patient and attentive to our needs and specifications, making sure everything was ready for our move-in. She even helped coordinate internet and electricity setup, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’m very grateful for her support.

I had a wonderful experience with Renters Warehouse. I reached out to Ron Ridgardo about a house I was interested in, he was very quick to respond and get me in for a showing. He was thorough in helping me with the application process, and available anytime I had questions. This has been a fantastic experience for me.

I can’t say enough good things about Ron Rigardo at Renters Warehouse. Ron has been managing one of my properties for nearly a decade. Communication is always clear and timely, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and everything was managed with professionalism and care. It’s obvious he takes pride in what he does and value their tenants. This has been one of the easiest and most positive rental experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!

It was a great pleasure working with Johnna. Her understanding of the real estate market was exceptional. She was respectful, patient, and paid good attention to details. She was impressive because she was not only impromptus, but also, she was able to anticipate difficulties and to bring solutions. Her negotiation skills, added with her understanding of paperwork make her one of the best agents I ever worked with. Johnna, helped me find the tenant I expected. I recommend her to anyone homeowner wanting to rent a property or a future tenant.

Working with Johnna has been an absolute blessing. She helped me list my property for rent, and her level of dedication went far beyond what I expected from a realtor. After my previous tenants moved out, Johnna conducted a thorough and detailed inspection of the entire house. She identified every fix that was needed, which allowed me to get repairs started immediately without losing valuable time. What truly impressed me was how she went above and beyond her role—she didn’t just make sure the repairs met code; she ensured everything was done in a way that would be sustainable and reliable for long-term use. That level of care and foresight is rare. Because of her efficiency and attention to detail, we were able to get the house back on the market quickly, and she found a new tenant within just one week. Throughout the entire process, Johnna’s professionalism, guidance, and constant support were exactly what I needed. Inquired about a property. All communication was perfect and prompt from Ron. Submitted application and then the communication immediately went ghost. Emails. Texts. Voicemails and calling the office for almost 30 days and no one knows anything nor can get update from Ron. Customer service that always answers never provides name and when she did it was not comprehensible. I believe her name is Lafia or something. Requested refund of application fee. At this point it seems they were just collecting app fees. Property has been available for 174 days. Is still available and still listed. I feel sorry for the owner who has to foot the bill of an empty rental for so long despite potential tenants. Now let’s see how long it takes to receive my app fee refund.

She is always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the tenants and the property. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making the rental experience smooth and stress-free — truly exceptional service! She is the absolute best.
