I am an extremely clean person and I have never had an issue as persistent as this I hate this place and can’t wait to move. They are aware of this issue and have done nothing to resolve it I pay out of my own pocket to get the house treated every month and they never once do anything to help I have complained and complained over and over again and nothing has been done screw this place and I can’t wait to leave don’t rent from here ever. I have asked to leave because I have a 3 year old daughter running around with them there and nothing is being done to help me leave the property I want out NOW!! I hate it!!

Inquired about a property. All communication was perfect and prompt from Ron. Submitted application and then the communication immediately went ghost. Emails. Texts. Voicemails and calling the office for almost 30 days and no one knows anything nor can get update from Ron. Customer service that always answers never provides name and when she did it was not comprehensible. I believe her name is Lafia or something. Requested refund of application fee. At this point it seems they were just collecting app fees. Property has been available for 174 days. Is still available and still listed. I feel sorry for the owner who has to foot the bill of an empty rental for so long despite potential tenants. Now let’s see how long it takes to receive my app fee refund.
