I had a wonderful experience. Mary went above and beyond to schedule appointments that worked best for my family. She was patient and attentive to our needs and specifications, making sure everything was ready for our move-in. She even helped coordinate internet and electricity setup, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’m very grateful for her support.

Set up a viewing for 530 no one showed up, driveway is untouched of the snow. phone calls never returned. To me it’s very unprofessional and makes me wonder if it is a scam organization or if it’s bad apple agent. But seeing reviews that I’m not the only one stood up

TERRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They completely disregard the MD laws about safe living environments. From what I've heard from the contracters they finally hired to remediate mold about **months** of threatening legal action and a formal complaint into the city, they are in legal battles with many current tenants for the same reason. They are unresponsive, and when they finally do respond, they will lie and dismiss your concerns despite attaching positive mold testing to same email. If you're a tenant, avoid them at all cost. If you're an owner, please spare your tenants, who will, at best, break their lease out of desperation, and at worst, take you to court.

I had a wonderful experience with Renters Warehouse. I reached out to Ron Ridgardo about a house I was interested in, he was very quick to respond and get me in for a showing. He was thorough in helping me with the application process, and available anytime I had questions. This has been a fantastic experience for me.

I can’t say enough good things about Ron Rigardo at Renters Warehouse. Ron has been managing one of my properties for nearly a decade. Communication is always clear and timely, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and everything was managed with professionalism and care. It’s obvious he takes pride in what he does and value their tenants. This has been one of the easiest and most positive rental experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!

She is always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the tenants and the property. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making the rental experience smooth and stress-free — truly exceptional service! She is the absolute best.
