We couldn't be more grateful to Mary for her incredible work in helping us rent out our home. She went above and beyond to actively market our home and communicate promptly with potential tenants. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. When the thermostat battery died during a showing, she didn’t skip a beat—she ran out to buy new batteries to ensure the home stayed cool and welcoming for future viewings. She carefully filtered through applications and helped us find a responsible, trustworthy tenant who was truly the right fit. And even after the lease was signed, she continued to go the extra mile—when we realized we had left our router behind, she personally picked it up and returned it to Verizon for us. I highly recommend Mary! Thank you again.

Mary was a great agent to work with. There was some annoyance with the timeline causing me to move in two days instead of the 30 days I had planned. But Mary was transparent the entire time and gave me confidence during our wait. Thanks Mary for all the good work you do.

Johnna was patient, responsive, thorough, and did everything she could to make the experience stress-free. With her engaging personality and wonderful sense of humor, she put us at ease. It has been a fantastic experience working with Johnna. As a first-time landlord, who is renting out my childhood home, Johnna walked me through every step of the rental process from handling county inspection to screening applicants. She has improved my quality of life significantly especially because I moved to the other side of the country. Johnna is responsive, honest, trustworthy, and proactive; she will go above and beyond for her clients. I know my house will be in good hands - she makes sure the tenants are top-notch and will take care of the place as I would.
