I scheduled and confirmed an appointment to see a house with them. I arrived 30 mins early because I was traveling an hour to see the home and didn’t want to be late. I waited until 1 hour! So 30 mins past my appointment time. The only people who showed up were others also with appointments to tour the home. I called, txt and emailed with no response. I did however get a txt message asking me to rate the property. I was not given directions on how to gain access if it was supposed to be self guided…. The grass was literally knee high, the screen was ripped, there were about 5 large bags of trash on the back deck And a busted window with glass everywhere!!!! Really wish I had an option to post the pictures I took. Total waste of my time and gas! Very disappointing

During the hurricane, we were unable to stay in our rental and had no choice than to move. The home was one block away from the flood and the air quality became thick for several months and difficult to breathe. We started having respiratory problems and submitted a thirty day notice. They kept our full deposit even though the home was uninhabitable and showed no remorse about the disaster. This is not the way to treat people going through such difficult times.

I have been a tenant with vesta property management for quite some time now and I’d like to take a moment to give great thanks to the team and Rodrigo my landlord for being kind to us through this hardship that has hit WNC. They are very professional and great with communicating when there are concerns! They have given me and my small family a happy home, my son has grown up in our little home and that has made it much more special to me! Thank you guys so much!
