They did a consultation with me over the phone and made a punch list of all items for repair - it included some minor plumbing, installing shelves and curtain rods, patching drywall and matching texture and touch-up paint. My screened-in porch is older, but they even made that look new with some minor screen repairs and fresh paint. I am very happy with the results as well as their customer service, the whole process was very smooth!
