PLEASE BEWARE!!! I’m an investor with over 20 years experience flipping homes. I heard I could negotiate a better commission with Onnit Realty so I contacted Nick and did just that. Unfortunately, I saw red flags from the beginning. Nick suggested I list the home for $260,000 (easy sale for him), and I requested he list it for $284,900 and 2-3 weeks later we had a contract for $283,900. To say the least, Nick was way off the mark. I also immediately noticied issues with communication, follow thru, and follow up. We had an initial sale that slipped through our fingers as a result. To top things off I was interested in investing in a flip which I learned had several offers. I had asked Nick to get involved, because the listing agent would not respond. Nick did reach out to the realtor with no success, and I myself contacted the Broker in Charge and obtained the needed information. I asked Nick to schedule a showing for me and when he learned I had obtained the needed information on my own he refused to show me the listing and told me to find someone else that could serve me better. GOOD FOR ME!!! I will be closing on this flip I asked him to assist me with in a couple of weeks, yet no thanks to Nick. I quickly found an older more seasoned realtor that is eager to make us both money, and she is a mover and a shaker which is what I need. Nick really needs to develop a thicker skin and not let his ego take so much control as the local OWNER/BROKER IN CHARGE. I shared with Nick good leaders lead by example, but so be it. Not only am I purchasing the property I introduced Nick to, but I have another property I will be listing at month end. Some realtors just totally amuse me!!! BTW, did I mention Nick never bothered to disclose my time of closing or thank me for my business. Now what kind of realtor is that? Some of the last words I shared with Nick are realtors are a dime a dozen, but a good realtor that doesn’t mind hard work is priceless! Lucky for me Nick fired me. LOL

We can’t say enough great things about Dave Cook! He was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process of buying our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had A LOT of questions, and Dave was always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything to us. She genuinely cared about all our requests and expectations. Magalie worked endlessly to ensure our concerns were addressed and our minds were at peace. I recently relocated to the Fayetteville/Raeford North Carolina area from New Year, in September 2025. My goal was to start the 4th quarter of my life in my mother's birthplace, to purchase a home here, and to eventually retire. 0 So, in February of 2026, I saw a home on Zillow, and through my inquiry, I was divinely connected to Kevin Britt.
