About us
We are fellow investors who were inspired by BiggerPockets to pursue financial freedom through real estate investing. We chose to focus on Vacation Rentals because we have a love for traveling and also for creating fun, unique environments for our guests to make lifelong memories with their family and friends. We now own 13 properties and manage 75 total in 5 states around the country. We treat our client's properties as if they were our own by focusing on the design, marketing and guest experience which will lead to higher revenue over time. We are happy to provide any advice that we can to assist you in your investing journey!

Beautiful, beautiful, clean home! The view was outstanding- one of the best views of the property. The host was quick to get us some supplies that we were lacking. I really appreciate the promptness and attention. Would 100% stay here again!

We spent Mother’s Day weekend here and had an amazing time. The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The space was much bigger than expected and fit my family of 6 comfortably. Walking distance to the beach, as well as a pool and hot tub were a big plus. We will definitely be booking again!

Had such a great stay in Encinitas! The Airbnb was beautiful, comfortable, and somehow managed to feel both relaxing and close to everything at the same time. The location genuinely could not have been better. Our host was also incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the trip, which made the whole experience feel really easy and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great rental! Loved the space for 4 adults (family). Having the 2 bathrooms was perfect. The beach access can't be beat! Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this stay. I booked last minute and the host was incredibly accommodating and quick to communicate every step of the way, which took so much stress off my plans. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location was also a huge plus, it was super convenient and easy to get around from. I'd absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming spot. Thank you again for making it work on such short notice!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful Airbnb in San Diego! The property was renovated from A to Z with incredible attention to detail, and everything felt modern, clean, luxurious, and super comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation.
The outdoor area was truly the highlight, an incredible pool, cozy seating area with a fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen that made every evening special. We spent so much time outside enjoying the atmosphere and celebrating my birthday with the family.
This Airbnb truly turned our vacation into a dream vacation. We made unforgettable memories here and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Highly recommended!!! we would definitely love to come back!

Communication is excellent. I’m consistently kept informed on bookings, performance, and any updates with the property. The home is clearly well maintained, and the team is proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to keep it performing at a high standard.

We stayed in a lovely home in Ocean Beach. It was perfect for us and our daughter and her boyfriend! It was close to everything including Sunset Cliffs, 1 block to the beach, restaurants and a little convenience store. It had a beautiful back patio with comfortable seating. The best perk was a private driveway to park in (as beach parking is at a premium)! The host was EXTREMELY responsive to questions and concerns. We HIGHLY recommend this home in Ocean Beach and we will definitely return!!!
