About us
We are fellow investors who were inspired by BiggerPockets to pursue financial freedom through real estate investing. We chose to focus on Vacation Rentals because we have a love for traveling and also for creating fun, unique environments for our guests to make lifelong memories with their family and friends. We now own 13 properties and manage 75 total in 5 states around the country. We treat our client's properties as if they were our own by focusing on the design, marketing and guest experience which will lead to higher revenue over time. We are happy to provide any advice that we can to assist you in your investing journey!

My whole family, kids and grandkids stayed here over Thanksgiving week. It was perfect for our group of 14! A beautiful home with everything you could possibly need in an amazing location! We were close to Sea World, Old Town and the Zoo. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd year staying Jan and Feb at the wonderful Tremont St home in South Oceanside. The home is clean and comfortable, the yard beautifully maintained and you can't beat the location for walking to the beach, restaurants, a market, even Carlsbad. We appreciated the new furniture and other updates made last year. Stay Classy is easy to work with, very responsive and we look forward to renting from them again in the future.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with Stay Classy managing my home. From the start, they’ve been super professional, easy to deal with, and really on top of everything.
They’ve done an amazing job with the listing and pricing - the property is performing better than I expected, occupancy has been strong, and the guest reviews have been fantastic. Everything just runs smoothly, from guest communication to cleaning and maintenance, which takes so much stress off my plate.
What I love most is how transparent and proactive they are. I always know what’s going on and feel completely confident that my home is being looked after properly.

I had a wonderful stay in Cardiff by the Sea in an adorable home. Very clean, great location, just as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shops. Communication was outstanding even late evening when I was lost trying to get there. I plan on staying there again.

Our Oceanside stay was amazing, the accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way and the location was ideal. Super comfortable beds, big kitchen and really comfortable lounging space. It was a short walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Morning surf, mid day work, and evening hangs on the rooftop made the trip perfect. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Chose the Airbnb due to location, amenities and the house looked Gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We enjoyed our stay and the host were more than accommodating. We will be staying with you guys anytime we come to town. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this home while celebrating my 21st birthday! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, clean, and had more than enough towels for our entire group, which made things so convenient. Great area if you’re planning a trip out to Arizona / phoenix ! Oh and super close by the sky harbor airport

This condo in Oceanside was in the perfect location. The property is lush and green, many amenities and parking. The host is amazing. Great communication. Highly recommended! This is beach front. Can walk right out to the beach from the property.
